Specialists of the Gas Chemical Complex based on the MTO technology have prepared and put into operation an IT system that will become the basis for the future management complex for the entire Gas Chemical Cluster, which is being built in the Bukhara region at the moment.
At the first stage, specialists deployed intelligent analytical systems that provide monitoring, collection and analysis of business information, as well as software that provides financial and economic management of the project.
Also, one of the tasks of the system will be to ensure a constant exchange of information between units, as well as the central office located in Tashkent and the production complex in Karakul. This system will generate and update databases in real time, provide monitoring of the project’s implementation process, pace and types of preparatory and construction works executed, as well as overall status of the project.
At the next stages, it a further expansion of the IT system is planned that will integrate into a single complex a manufacturing process control and an automated process control system, the latter of which is currently being developed by one of the international partners of GCC MTO.
